Web Orders

Web orders are made-to-order. Orders can take up to two weeks depending on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial deliveries. 

Return Policy will accept items for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewellery design purchased through Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email and request a repair tracking number (RTN).

Repair policy:
Less than 1 year is FREE
Over 1 year is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

Product Care

Each piece of frAsh jewellery is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewellery so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.

After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewellery cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
